Sir Edson AI ("Sir Edson", "we") provides property-management software to Ontario landlords. This policy describes the personal information we collect and why. What we collect: contact details you give us (name, email, phone); property and tenancy details a landlord provides (tenant names and contact details, rent amounts, due dates, lease documents); and payment records (Interac sender names, amounts, dates and references) used to match payments to tenancies. How we use it: to operate the service — tracking rent, matching payments, sending reminders and receipts, and producing reports for the landlord. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. Money: Sir Edson never holds rent or deposits; payments move directly between tenant and landlord. Service providers: we use established cloud providers (including GoHighLevel) to host the service; information may be stored in Canada or the United States. Your rights: under PIPEDA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and withdraw consent, by contacting us through the form on this site. Retention: tenancy and payment records are kept while the account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
